Grüner Veltliner, Paragon 2018

Paragon is a west facing, wind blown vineyard just south of San Luis Obispo in Edna Valley.  Soils here consist of marl, quartz, and limestone.  This wine shows some of the exotic tea and died herbal notes of Grüner Veltliner, all followed by wonderful tart apple, and peach flavors.
